friendly staff helpful manager great service
the staff were polite and friendly. they always checked in to ensure everything was okay. breda, the manager, was great, very helpful and knowledgeable regarding places to visit and dine at.
i noticed some areas seemed a bit worn and could use some upgrading.

the room was clean and quiet. the decor felt classy and fitting for a hotel with this history. it. the room provided ample space for luggage and relaxation.

the staff was great. ruairi and james stood out with really good service. when one of our party had a sweet allergy, staff offered a perfect alternative. the service was pretty good.

dinner was really great. the restaurant offered a diverse menu with something for everyone. food presentation and quality were really good. it was a wonderful dining experience. every dish tasted fresh and carefully prepared.

helpful staff large window comfortable bed hot options
the front desk staff was helpful during my arrival. my room included a large window. i appreciated a comfortable bed and slept well each night. the complimentary breakfast offered hot options.
the television remote needed new batteries, but it was a small issue.

a river view to remember
special location helpful staff afternoon tea
the location was special. we could walk everywhere from the hotel. it was wonderful! the staff helped us book a tour. we loved the afternoon tea.
the room was a little warm, and we couldn't adjust the temperature.
